Anyhow,

I really loved Anderson. He was a fantastic character. A wonderful Father figure and mentor. It made my stomach sink when the Illusive Man forced Shepard’s hand to shoot Anderson. It was a very well done scene though because of the strong emotional impact it has. That can be said for the entire game really. But I will always miss Anderson.

thebatchild: Stay Strong. I see her body tense as the medics take Kaidan farther away.  They’re taking him to the hospital, to where he needs to be, where she knows he needs to be, but all she can see is that they are taking him away from her.   She shakes her head, sighs, and starts down the hall, her green eyes lingering on the now closed doors of the elevator.  Her hands curl into fists and I see the muscles in her jaw bunch as she clenches her teeth and steels herself to remain here.  I can see the slight shimmer in her eyes.  She’s scared and upset and hurting, but she can’t show it.     Bailey is walking over to meet us, because there is still work to be done, but all she wants is to run after Kaidan.   I know she won’t, she’s too strong for that, but sometimes even Commander Shepard needs someone to help her stand. I touch her wrist lightly, wrapping my fingers around it loosely.  I see Vega’s hand resting on the back of her shoulder and I know he’s telling her the same thing.  We’re here for you.  We’ll help you stay strong.  You can lean on us.  Gah, I’ve never written from Liara’s point of view before, but this screenshot just shoved this moment into my head and was like “You’d better write me.”  I wrote it mostly while I was falling asleep and I actually remembered it, which is amazing.  Anyways, screenshot was taken by sanityscraps.  It’s Jagher.
